Things from the beginning of the summer and last week and the week before that.

I am the worst blogger in the world. Many wonderful things have been happening, and it is such a drag to be scanning things in all the time. But I will get better, promise! My lovely friend Hannah Winkler has a EP out that I did the album art for--her music is so lovely, please go listen!



And then this here is my latest post to the pen pals, the theme being 'fairytales'. I didn't want to redraw an already existing fairytale, because I knew I would be thinking too much about the Disney versions (not thinking about Disney is impossible, as my favorite Pandora radio station is Alan Menken, and this is what I usually work to). So instead we have the Fairy Godmother in Training. Once she finds her princess it's going to be great, and hopefully much mischief will ensue due to her meddling, along with a happy ending.



The words next to her are a magic spell that my older brother made up when we were kids. I'm not sure if he's a fairy godfather yet. I will ask next time I see him.
